In late 2014, the Community Psychology section will host a Festival of Community Psychology. We are keen to involve all section members, and ask for your ideas for content and location for consideration during these early stages of planning.

The section committee are keen to develop an event that engages with community groups and encourages their participation in all aspects of the event. We will not be sticking to the usual conference template, so please be creative: no idea is too whacky provided the community is at the heart of it.

In terms of location, we would like to host the festival in a community building that has good transport links and accommodation nearby. Finally, we will be actively seeking funding to support the attendance and participation ofcommunity groups, so if you are aware of any funds please let us know.
