Call for early career researchers ( up to 10 year post doctoral ) to participate in a British Council funded workshop on Advancing Maternity Protection in Malaysia: Meeting Social Welfare and Business Needs, and Contributing to Economic Development}
Improving maternity protection in developing countries is a critical yet much under researched topic. Under the Researcher Links scheme offered within the Newton Fund, the British Council will be holding a workshop on the above theme in Penang, Malaysia, from 27-31 July, 2016. The workshop is being coordinated by Middlesex University and The Centre for Research on Women and Gender (KANITA), University Sains Malaysia. The convenors are now inviting Early Career Researchers from the UK and Malaysia to apply to participate in this workshop. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the Newton Researcher Links programme.
