I am failing to change my email address, having tried change it as Glenn Williams describes (see correspondence below). I normally use Safari browser but also fail using Firefox browser.
I can't work out why this option is not working for you. You need to go to 'settings' and there should be an option to type in your new email address (you'll need to do this twice) and then for you to confirm this by typing in your password.
If you're still struggling, please contact Skye Davies or Sally Zlotowitz as they should now be maintaining the Ning, rather than me.
